Rates vary and depend upon what procedures are performed. It is best to consult with your integrative medical doctor about costs.

Missed/Canceled Appointments: $65.00

Off Hours $155.00

Review history of medical findings from previous or current medical experts.
Evaluate the most recent screenings, or lab reports to monitor your overall health.
Provide an in-depth medical consultation and development of a personalized treatment plan.

Patient is responsible for co-payments, deductible and all bills if insurance does not pay.
Insurance company must pay within 60 days of billing or patient is responsible for payment.

A 65.00 fee (not covered by insurance) is charged for a missed or canceled appointment with fewer than 24 working hours in advance notice.
